Planet Waves is in my top 10 fave Dylan albums. The tunes and the lyrics are beautiful, they speak to the soul, the mind and the spirit. I love me some Bobby D. What more can one say? He’s the greatest poet of his time. I had a grandson I raised and whenever he walked in the door he would say, “Granny, let’s listen to a few Dylan tunes. Ol’ Bobby always lifts me up.”So, yeah, get this Planet Waves album , it’s a sifter of your soul in the best possible way. It’s not his only album that will do this, but just one of the top 10 for me!

This was one of the missing links in my collection. While this is not one of my favorites I wanted to have a copy. I think all of the music he has put out over the years is worth a listen. I have not been one of these people who have complained about his voice or his finding a spiritual connection.I am just glad he is still cranking them out,I know one thing for sure some things I have changed my mind about. I remember hearing a song a few years ago over the air and liking it so I jotted down the title looked it up and low and behold it was on a disc I had not liked all that much gave the disc a listen, my conclusion, I had changed.Bob Dylan’s work has always been special, and like one of his titles We Have Been Together Through Song
